Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays). Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Grampians and Highlands, and GB islands, typically take 2 to 3 days longer.
Express orders placed before 4pm will usually despatched the same day. Express orders placed after 4pm will usually be despatched on the next working day, which means that Express orders placed after 4pm on Friday, or over the weekend, won’t be despatched until Monday.

If you decide to cancel your order - then you must contact us in writing within fourteen calendar days of receiving the order to request a Returns Form and Returns Number.
Please note we can only refund the cost of the goods if they are unused with all the original packaging intact. The seal must not be broken on the AutoSock packaging and the goods must be unused.
If we find that the goods are not in a re saleable condition then a full refund can not be given. We will not accept any returned AutoSock for reasons of wear and tear. We don’t give refunds for the return carriage cost
